Welcome to the
American Indian Prisoners

I’m from Holland; Europe. I have put up this website to give
*American Indian prisoners a chance to find friends outside
the walls through personal ads, and to give them the opportunity
to share their lives with people in the free world
through arts, writings, poems etc.

I’m aware of the fact that there will always be people who
claim to be of Indian heritage just so they can be placed
on this website. I’m afraid I have to take their word for

it since I’m not able to check everyone’s bloodline!

“You cannot imprison the Indian spirit”

I strongly advise that no-one under the age of 18 should ever
correspond with prisoners under any circumstances.

I sincerely hope you will be successful in making some worthwhile
new friendships and I ask that you treat all the prisoners with
the same respect and courtesy that you would like them to offer you.

The aim of AmericanIndianPrisoners is to provide friendship and
moral support, and anyone abusing this will be removed from the website.

Openly racist and sexist remarks are not appropriate for this
website and will not be placed online.

Hooked on Phonics has just been released.

I don’t know for what crimes the people on my website are convicted.
And I don’t ask for it. Not because I want to stick my head in the
sand but otherwise it might get to personal and I simply can’t take
that responsibility if I want to keep an open mind and open view on
things. This is my personal choice, and I realize this might offend
many people, and I’m truly sorry if this is the case. Still, I stand
behind my decision to offer prisoners this opportunity.

But I do like to make clear that I don’t condone any crime whatsoever!
